In accordance with the recommendation 2005-284 of the CNIL, the present website has not been declared as such. However, all data processing present or to come concerning the said site has been or will be declared to the CNIL.

In accordance with articles 38 and 40 of law 2004-801 of 06/08/2004, you have the right to access, rectify and delete data concerning you. This right can be exercised online by sending an email to contact@jtnh.fr or by mail to the following address

How to exercise your right of access

Before sending you personal data, we will ask you to provide us with proof of your identity. If you are unable to prove your identity, we reserve the right to refuse to send you your personal data.

We will endeavour to respond to such requests within a reasonable time. Concerning the rights of rectification and deletion: the prerequisites are the same as those concerning the right of access.

Intellectual Property

All the software creations present on our site, the administration back-offices, the proposed services (forum, chat, guestbook….) are original creations and are protected by the Copyright.

All the elements constituting the skeleton of the site (photos, images, logos…) are also protected by the Copyright and are the exclusive property of the above mentioned company.

The contents of the site (texts, articles…) are the exclusive property of their authors and cannot be reproduced or exploited without their agreement. The present texts coming from external sources have been reproduced with the implicit or explicit agreement of their respective authors.

As such, mention is made on the sites of the sources and the respective authors.

Right of reply on the site

In accordance with article 6 IV of law n°2004-575, any individual or legal entity named or designated on the site www.jtnh.fr has a right of reply, without prejudice to requests for correction or deletion of the message that he or she may address to the head office.

The request for exercising the right of reply, addressed to the director of the publication must be presented at the latest within three months as from the availability of the message justifying this request.
